FIELD: construction engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for application of protective coating to inner surfaces of pipes when laying pipes of large diameter. According to proposed method, coating is applied by means of centrifugal head in which mixture is forced out through holes in wall of reservoir along pipes outwards from housing-reservoir with cement-sand mixture. Mixture comes out of open ends of tubes arranged in pairs and bent towards each other so that jets collide on wall of pipe, thus breaking san particles and increasing their surface making large-size and small-size particles firmly connect to each other.
EFFECT: provision of surface of high strength, resistant to rupturing, whose properties are not inferior in strength than metal coating.
