FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: actuator comprises main control channel made of motor controllers and feedback pickup connected with logic unit that is in communication with the main electrohydraulic distributor. The reserve channels, at least one of which is made of press button switches, are connected in parallel from one side to the reserve power source and, from the other side, to the reserve electrohydraulic distributor. The channels are interconnected through OR circuit or storage unit provided with AND circuits connected between logic unit and main electrohydraulic distributor. The actuator is additionally provided with a unit for blocking control desks connected in the main control channels between the switch of remote control desks, motor controllers on the remote control desks, and logic units whose outputs are connected with the inverse inputs of the blocking logic AND circuits of the main control channels. The blocking unit comprises logic units for blocking: first logic unit which comprises input OR circuits and second logic unit which comprises input AND logic circuits.
