FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has special collar portion, two commutation blocks, integrator in operation amplifier, rectangular pulses generator, control block. Commutators synchronously switch winding clamps of special collar part and armature of integrating capacitor. Control block sets order of switching of commutation block. Control block allows to remove displacement of zero line of integrator, caused by inequality of semi-periods of rectangular pulses of generator.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities, higher efficiency.
