FIELD: wide-band receiving magnetic antennas having a ferrite core.
SUBSTANCE: the magnetic antenna has a built-up core in the form of a rod of ferrites with various initial magnetic permeability with a winding above the core, having quantity of turns W≥2, whose leads are connected to the input of an amplifier, or a winding consisting of one wide turn, whose leads are connected via a step-up transformer to the amplifier input, the amplifier output forms the antenna output. The ferrite rod is made of 3 or more longitudinal layers without any gaps between the layers, the inner layer - of solid or built-up ferrite without gaps or with gaps between the end faces does not exceed 5 mm, having a high magnetic permeability, and the extreme ones - of a solid or built-up ferrite without end face gaps, having an essentially lower (by 5-15 times) permeability.
EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of magnetic antennas.
