ABOVE-WATER SWING Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: fun-fair machines; swings.

SUBSTANCE: proposed above-water swing is installed on floating base and it includes two posts with secured horizontal crossmember. Hangers are fastened on crossmember with seat in lower part. It contains also device for moving floating base over water, and pond depth meter. Floating base is made up of number of interconnected floats whose summary dead weight is equal to mass of swing and other units arranged on floats. Swing is furnished with ballast tanks for outside water which are installed in center of gravity of swing.

EFFECT: improved amusement.
