AUTOMATIC PRESSURE CONTROL SYSTEM IN TRACTION VEHICLE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed automatic pressure control system in pneumatic systems of traction vehicles contains pneumatic connected with compressor drive by shaft of heat engine by reduction gear and variable filling fluid coupling. Input of coupling is connected with oil delivery control spool. Automatic pressure control system employs microprocessor continuous-action control member receiving signals of pressure in pneumatic system and speed o compressor rotation. Outputs of microprocessor control member are connected with amplifiers. First amplifiers is connected to winding of first electromagnetic connected with measuring spring and spool delivering oil into coupling. Other amplifier is connected through second electromagnet with electric signal-to-hydraulic signal converter which is also coupled with spool delivering oil into coupling.

EFFECT: provision of automatic maintenance of pressure in pneumatic system irrespective of air expenditure from pneumatic system, and temperature and pressure of atmospheric air.
