LOAD PLATFORM JACKING-UP AND LEVELING HYDRAULIC DRIVE Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling equipment.

SUBSTANCE: drive is designed setting load platform from initial (traveling) position into operating position. Proposed drive contain hydraulic supports installed on load platform, reciprocation meter, reversible distributor, controllable check valves and additional distributor. First outlet hole of reversible distributor communicates with reciprocation meter, and second outlet hole of reversible distributor communicates with rod spaces of hydraulic supports through main line. Shuttle valve is installed in said main line. Outlet hole of shuttle valve communicates with rod spaces of hydraulic supports. One of inlet holes of shuttle valve communicates with second outlet hole of reversible distributor. Other inlet hole of shuttle valve communicates with rod spaces of controllable check valves through additional main line. Overvalve spaces of controllable check valves communicate with hydraulic supports. Additional distributor communicates with piston and rod spaces of controllable check valves. According to other design version, drive is provided with bypass valve connected to outlet hole of shuttle valve. Invention makes it possible to reduce time taken for jacking-up and leveling of load platform by means of hydraulic drive when changing over from initial (traveling) position into operating position.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of power at lowering of load platform; increased service life of drive supply source.
