FIELD: oil industry, particularly to control and/or stimulate fluid flow during oil production process.
SUBSTANCE: well has casing pipe, production string, time-alternating current source, borehole chemical injection system and borehole flux-gate restrictor. Casing pipe extends inside borehole. Production string is located inside casing pipe. The current source is located on ground surface and is adapted to supply time-alternating electric current to casing pipe and/or production string which act as conductors to supply borehole with electric current and/or provide communication. Borehole chemical injection system comprises communication and control unit, container with chemicals and electrically operated chemical injector. Communication and control unit is electrically linked with production string or with casing pipe. Chemical injector is electrically connected with communication and control unit and communicates with the container. Borehole flux-gate restrictor is arranged around production string or casing pipe part. Communication and control unit is electrically linked in parallel to voltage source. Method for oil well operation is based on time-alternating current transfer through pipe system with the use of flux-gate restrictor to supply electric power to well and to establish communication with the well with the purpose of chemical injection in well flow along with chemical injection process regulation in response to electric current signal during oil production process.
EFFECT: increased oil recovery due to fluid flow characteristic regulation in different borehole parts, increased oil lifting efficiency due to foaming agent usage, prevention of solid particle deposits due to paraffin solvent utilization, improved flow characteristics due to surfactant use and corrosion prevention due to corrosion inhibitors utilization and/or prevention of sediment formation due to use of special agents.
