FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment for soil tillage.
SUBSTANCE: combined tillage tool has front and rear modules with batteries of spherical and needle-type disks longitudinally arranged in pairs on pivotal three-sectioned frames. Needle-type disks are mounted on rear module. Frame module connection is formed as pivotal spherical joint adjustable in vertical plane. Flat hoes are staggered behind spherical disks in three rows, with minimal admissible distance between disk battery and flat hoe being determined from equation:
where Vm is velocity of machine; g=9.81 m/s; fs is soil friction coefficient; α is angle of attack of battery disks; ψ is soil shear angle; a1 is disk battery depth; a is flat hoe depth. Rear module is provided with second pair of supporting wheels adjustable in vertical plane and arranged between needle-type batteries.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption and improved quality of soil tillage.
