FIELD: explosives processing.

SUBSTANCE: device has hollow rotor with blades mounted on drive shaft, rotor blades are metallic. Surfaces of rotor and blade are faced with rubber or elastic polymer material. In the middle of blades in certain step along their width through openings are made, through which facing of both sides of blades is connected. On end walls of rotor along circle grooves are made in form of dovetail, filled with facing material. Feeder is provided with remote adjustment system for rotation frequency.

EFFECT: higher personnel and equipment safety.
