FIELD: mechanical engineering; hydraulic machines.

SUBSTANCE: proposed axial-piston hydraulic machine contains T-shaped shaft installed in housing and provided with semispherical seats for spherical heads of piston connecting rods uniformly spaced over circumference on end face pointed to cylinder block. Each connecting rod head is pressed to corresponding seat by means of separate shell and locking member. Each separate shell is made in form of cylindrical insert with central hole mating with spherical head of connecting rod installed for longitudinal displacement in bore of T-shaped shaft made coaxially to semispherical seat of connecting rod head. Radial slots and coaxial radial holes are uniformly spaces in between. Made on cylindrical surfaces on inserts are either ring grooves, or radial flats, or radial holes mating with said slots or holes in which locking members are fitted, made in form of compressed to solid state bending springs, leaf or wire ones, one end of each spring gets into radial hole of T-shaped shaft, middle part gets into ring grooves or radial flats or radial holes of adjacent cylindrical inserts, and other end is fitted in radial slot and secured with provision of flexible deformation at end face of T-shaped shaft. Moreover, leaf bending spring is made in form of C-shaped plate with hole for fastening screw on one of ends. Said leaf bending spring can be made in form of C-shaped partially split plate furnished with hole for fastening screw on one of ends. Split is made along axis of plate from said hole to far end. Wire bending spring can be made in form C-shaped, U-shaped in plan wire lock with loop for fastening screw on one of its ends.

EFFECT: improved reliability and increased service life of axial-piston machine owing to simplified design of locking and pressing arrangement with provision of required pressure of piston connecting rod spherical heads to their semispherical seats in end face of T-shaped shaft.
