FIELD: rolled stock production.

SUBSTANCE: roll grooved pass system of shape bending mill for making different-flange angles includes pre-finish grooved passes formed by upper and lower rolls mounted at preset gap S. Said pre-finish grooved passes have lower rolls closed by means of cylinder-cone beads at side of larger flange of shape. Height of bead of first pre-finish pass is equal to (2.4 -2.6)S; height of bead of second pre-finish pass consists (3.5 -3.7)S.

EFFECT: enhanced quality of bent non-equal flange angles due to their improved geometry.
