FIELD: pneumatic transport.

SUBSTANCE: feeder comprises receiving chamber, relief pipeline, and pressure nozzle with air passages provided with caps. The top cap is mounted for permitting rising above the bottom one when the compressed air is supplied to the passages and discharging the air toward the bottom of the receiving chamber. The top cap is provided with knife device whose blade points upward. The knife is used for cutting the bottom of the flexible reservoir housed inside the receiving chamber of the feeder. The cap has baffles that define curved slot passages for permitting the cap to rotate together with the knife device when the compressed air is supplied to the nozzle. The space of the receiving chamber from the side of its bottom is in communication with the relief pipeline for discharging the excess of air through the air passage from the space when the relief flexible reservoir is inside the receiving chamber of the feeder.
