SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes applying on plow layer depth organic or mineral fertilizers and zeolite. Zeolite is applied in powder form with size particle of 0.001-0.1 mm in amount of 2-5 t/hectare. In soil on root system depth potential difference of static electrical field of 1.5-35 V is applied.
EFFECT: decreased cost, increased culture crop productivity.
