FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, discharge equipment for hopper constructions.
SUBSTANCE: discharge apparatus has horizontal screw and shutter arranged above horizontal screw along the entire length thereof, with space between shutters being adjustable. One end of horizontal screw is connected to drive and other end is connected through cardan shaft with discharge screw. Hopper shutters are formed from number of adjustable shutters and are mounted for sequential opening on the side of discharge screw. Shutters are provided with hydraulic cylinder for regulating spaces therebetween and are equipped with indicator having scale indicating opening extent of each shutter. On discharging of grain from hopper, first shutter is first opened and discharge process is controlled through viewing windows and judged by changing volume of grain in hopper. When grain volume in front of first shutter is decreased, second shutter is opened for access of grain along the entire length of horizontal screw.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing useful charging of horizontal screw and reduced fractioning of grain during discharge thereof from hopper.
