METHOD FOR MANAGEMENT OF AGRICULTURAL WORKS AND AGRICULTURAL COMPLEX FOR CARRYING OUT THE SAME Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture, in particular, development of novel methods for agricultural management and agricultural complexes.

SUBSTANCE: method involves laying out agricultural land into fields-plots; laying tracks along contour of fields-plots; installing additional agrobridges on tracks; constructing main hangar along one edge of fields-plots and additional hangar along other edge of fields-plots; installing processing equipment within each hangar; laying additional track and mounting carts thereon for transverse movement of agrobridges after passage thereby of field-plot. Agricultural complex has additional agrobridges and additional hangar. Main hangar is constructed along one edge of fields-plots and additional hangar is constructed along other edge of fields-plots. Additional track formed as two-rail path is laid within each of hangars. Carts are mounted on two-rail path for transverse movement of agrobridges after passage thereby of field-plot. Manipulators are mounted on walls. Hangar has supports and side walls mounted on supports, said side walls being lifted by means of cable winches. Each of agrobridges is composed of main girder with carrier-and-drive wheels for mounting onto main track which is made of rail type, and detachable girder mounted on main girder by means of hydraulic cylinders and furnished with replaceable working tools and self-supporting wheels for following irregularities of fields-plots. Carrier-drive wheels of main girder are furnished with drive formed as motor-reducer and with sensors. Rails of main track are furnished with signaling devices cooperating with sensors.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, provision for mechanical and automatic mounting of working tools on agrobridge and detachment therefrom, and improved ecology control.
