SUBSTANCE: hollow-fillable sportive apparatuses for weightlifting are made dismountable assembled and are composed of individual hollow bottle-shaped, ball-shaped, disk-shaped or cylindrical vessels used as loading members and manufactured from light-weight, strong, corrosion resistant metals or plastic. Initial weight dumb-bell has two dumb-bell vessels of similar shape and volume, said two vessels are connected with their neck portions and secured by double plug composed of two plastic plugs rigidly connected with one another. Dumb-bell of increased weight has plugs rigidly secured around circumferential cylindrical surfaces of both dumb-bell vessels in diametrically opposite relation, said plugs defining plug belt serving as support for weight vessels, which may be similar to or other than dumb-bell vessels and which are threaded with their neck parts into plugs of plug belt to define weight circles of end weights. Hollow fillable bar is composed of central portion including two vessels connected with one another by their bottom parts and rigidly secured by means of cylindrical coupling and two end weights, which in turn, are composed of two, four or more weight circles of increased weight dumb-bells fixed on ends of central part by means of double plugs.

EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced usage of materials and provision for usage of various kinds of filler materials.
