FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles for carrying loads under different road conditions. Proposed logging trailer has body with pole, support-and-drive wheels, hydraulic lines and wheel drive hydraulic motor. Shackle movable and spring-loaded relative to pole is mounted in pole. Shackle is hinge-connected by system of tie-rods with two-way cock of wheel drive hydraulic motor pressure hydraulic line. Shackle is displaced relative to pole at increase of traction resistance of trailer. At rise of pull force in running, shackle shifts relative to pole providing angular displacement of cock and opening passage of oil to wheel drive hydraulic motor.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of fuel, increased service life of trailer, its capacity and decreased psychophysical load on tractor driver.
