FIELD: self-defense firearms using rubber bullets.
SUBSTANCE: proposed firearms includes cartridge retaining units and pat with cavity for escape of filler to be thrown. According to first version, cavity located at distance of 40 mm from entrance has shape at which elementary fragments of its inner surface are located at distance from center of cavity by more than elementary fragments of cartridge retaining surface. According to second version, total length of sections of cavity at said geometry is lesser than total length of sections where fragments of surface are in maximum contact with rubber bullet, i.e. they are located at lesser distance from center of cavity as compared with fragments of cartridge retaining cavity. According to third version, total length of sections of escape cavity whose fragments of surfaces are in maximum interaction with element to be thrown is limited. Minimum length is equal to 0.15 recoil of breech mechanism and maximum length is equal to recoil. Fourth and fifth versions are characterized by availability of holes in walls of escape cavity at distance of 500 from entrance. Holes in fourth version have oblong shape and holes in fifth version occupy area no less than 10% of inner surface of section of cavity.
EFFECT: possibility of using traumatic action bullet.
