FIELD: woodworking.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for sawing wood and in metal bandsawing. Proposed machine includes bed frame, driving and driven pulleys with fitted-on saw band, hydraulic cylinder and drive. Bed frame is provided with movable carrying guards with fitted-on axles of driving and driven pulleys secured in center of carrying guards, each being installed on bed frame and secured by means of lower and upper bolts, in pairs, and nuts. Each upper bolt is provided with eccentric arranged between cylindrical part of bolt and its head. Eccentric is fitted in hole of corresponding movable carrying guard for displacement with driven pulley along bed frame in which slots are made in places of entry of eccentric corresponding to adjusting size of position of each movable carrying guard relative to bed frame and saw length tolerance. Axle of driving pulley is hollow, being installed stationary on movable carrying guard of driving pulley, drive shaft is installed inside the latter coaxially with axle of driving pulley, being connected with driving pulley by clutch. Axle of driven pulley can be installed stationary on carrying guard of driven pulley. Hydraulic cylinder in this case is made in form of tension mechanism, being connected by one end with movable carrying guard of driven pulley, and by other end being secured on post of bed frame, or axle of driven pulley can be installed on movable carrying guard of driven pulley for displacement along guides secured on movable carrying guard of driven pulley. In this case hydraulic cylinder is connected by one end with axle of driven pulley, and is secured by other end of movable carrying guard of driven pulley.

EFFECT: improved quality of sawing, simplified design of machine.
