FIELD: heat and power engineering, namely water hating systems.
SUBSTANCE: boiler includes cooling system, fire box, two-way heat exchange unit having lower and upper tube bundles and after-burning chamber at its inlet with apparatus for controlling air supply. Front and back gas chambers are arranged on ends of heat exchange unit. Fire box is provided with crown cooling units; the last are in the form of two shields of tubes placed symmetrically at both sides of heat exchange unit along its lengthwise axis and having members for connection with heating system. Grate having two slopes directed to bottom of fire box is mounted in lower part of fire box. Grate is inclined to fire box back wall having protrusions turned inside fire box. Ash chamber having at least one ash accumulator and one hatch for removing ash is arranged under grate. Ash accumulator may be freely moved outside ash chamber. Ash pit is arranged in front wall of ash chamber.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of fuel burning, improved operational condition, lowered slag formation on low-temperature surfaces.
