FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method involves tilling soil; sowing green manure crops, followed by laying in soil of green manure crops having different growing periods, said crops being laid in local portions of field, which are provided by alternating strips of laid green manure crops. Strips of green manure crops of late growing period are provided transverse to strips of green manure crops of early growing period. Width of strips of early and late growing periods is 1-50 cm.
EFFECT: accelerated time of conversion of plant material into mineral components, increased stock of nutritive substances in soil for rotation period.
