FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in invalid chairs, as individual folding vehicles, for moving in city where vehicle and pedestrian traffic is intensive and also off-road and on snow. Proposed vehicle consists of base, two and more wheel pairs, protectors cut out of waste car tires and fitted on two wheels from each side of vehicle, stepless transmission, drive motor, control mechanism, detachable ski and infrastructure. Vehicle is made for connection of one or more wheel pairs and possibility of fitting of protectors on each two following pairs of wheels to form two-axle bogie.

EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions and increased cross country capacity.
