SUBSTANCE: the product has the main casing consisting of two and more tubes with holes filled with spark pyrotechnical composition, and a wing located through the centre of the main casing and perpendicularly to the axis. Connected to the main casing with the wing by means of connecting tubes are two additional casings made in the form of tubes with holes and filled with spark pyrotechnical composition and located on both ends of the main casing with the wing, the holes in the tubes of the additional casings are arranged at an angle of 10 to 30 deg. On two sides. On each side of the produce the holes are connected by a safety fuse, connected to which are additionally safety fuses required for starting the product.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation, as well as adaptability to manufacture, simplicity and safety in manufacture and use of the product.
