FIELD: radio engineering; intelligent antennas of wireless communication systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method is used for real-time calibration of intelligent antenna array and includes installation of junction structure, power cables, and monitoring transceiver forming together calibration line; pre-calibration of junction structure by means of vector-type circuit analyzer and recording of its radio gain in transmission and reception, respectively; calibration of intelligent antenna array in transmission by adjusting radio gain of each receiving line and reference line by one peak value; recording and storage of phase difference Ψ between each transmission line and reference line in fundamental frequency band processor. Novelty is that junction structure is made by means of reference antenna using spatial junction mode or by means of passive network.
EFFECT: facilitated calibration procedure.
