SUBSTANCE: electrogenerator comprises stator and outer rotor with at least two turbines mounted on it. Each turbine comprises inclined blades. Blades of all turbines have different upward inclination angles, wherein upward inclination angle of each next blade is less than that of previous one. Rotor preferably has two turbine stages, namely front and rear ones. The front turbine step may be conical.

EFFECT: increased power without the use of guide means.
