FIELD: well pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed stage of pump consists of impeller 2 with bushing 9, driving disk 10 and driven disk 12 with blades 11 fitted between disks, and guide vane assembly 1. Guide vane assembly has ring 3, journal 7, upper disk 6 and lower disk 4 with vanes 5 in between. Blades of impeller 2 and vanes of guide vane assembly form flow passage. Individual axial support 14 is installed between contacting surfaces of impeller 2 and guide vane assembly 1. Said individual support is provided with antifriction washer. Ring step 8 pointed with its end part upwards is made on upper disk 6 of guide vane assembly 1 form side of flow passage. Inner ring surfaces of antifriction washer and driven disk 12 of impeller 2 adjoin outer ring surface of said step 8, ring bore 20 is made on journal 7 of lower disk 4 of guide vane assembly 1. Ring stop is made on driving disk 10 of impeller 2 in place of mating with guide vane assembly 1, and second individual axial support 19 is placed in between.
EFFECT: reduced vibration, hydraulic resistance, increased efficiency, facilitated manufacturing of impeller, reduced labor input at repairing.
