FIELD: power engineering, construction of heat-exchange apparatuses.
SUBSTANCE: building berth has additional plate mounted on additional frame. On aforementioned plate additional pair of posts is mounted with detachable upper portal beam. Portal beam has two pairs of supporting devices mounted along its length. Outermost of those are positioned coaxially to axes of portal frame posts, and supporting devices of middle pair positioned between them are mounted coaxially to central vertical axes of collectors for injection and drainage of air and each of these is provided with coordination-bearing disk connected to it from lower portion of portal beam for technological holding of contour of ends and spatial position of body of appropriate collector for injection and drainage of air during assembling and mounting of block. On aforementioned plate, two additional posts are mounted with detachable beams mounted thereupon in levels within height limitations of pipe boards, having coordination elements held adjustably thereupon with support-mark vertical surfaces, of checked plane position and meant for holding and controlling position of pipe boards of collectors for injection and drainage of block air. On building berth plate, additional, mounted in couples along berth length, posts are positioned, meant for technological holding of mounted posts of block frame. Building berth plate is made two-level with position of higher portion in position zone of portal frame. Supporting surface of this portion is higher then supporting surface of remaining portion of building berth plate for value equal to height of additional lower supports of block, while height of portal frame posts is considered exceeding total height of block and its additional lower supports for value, appropriate for height gap between lower contour contact surface of coordinate-bearing disk and upper surface for abutment of portal beam against post.
EFFECT: optimized technological process of manufacturing of heat-exchange block for heat-exchange apparatus like regenerative air heater, higher precision of mounting and assembling of elements of heat-exchange block, while decreasing laboriousness of performed operations and lower metal cost of construction.
