FIELD: power mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: technological assembly can be used for impermeability hydraulic testing of heat-exchange units of unit-sectional regenerative air warmer. Assembly has hydraulic test bench with supports to place unit to be subject to testing, container filled with working fluid, and delivery unit connected with the container which unit has low and high pressure electric pump correspondingly for filling in with working fluid and molding the bundle of pipes and discharge and supply collectors units integrated the pipes though pipe boards. Device also has binding of pipelines for connecting bundle of pipes and collectors to container and discharge unit through measuring devices and stop valve. Part of supports of hydraulic stand is made in form of spatial, preferably rod-shaped constructions having constant height and top support beams oriented in perpendicular to medium vertical longitudinal plane of unit and disposed within length of bundle of pipes of unit. One end support is disposed mainly under external edge wall of unit's frame and the other edge support is disposed at other side of center of gravity of the unit in front of pipe board at the distance of 0,15-0,85 diameter of case of gas discharge or supply collector. At least one support of hydraulic stand can be transformed in height. It is disposed under lower edges of collectors for controlled rest of gas discharge and supply collector against it through technological plugs which pressurize lower edges of collectors. Plugs are provided with branches for supplying and draining working fluid off from/to air supply collector and bundle of pipes of the unit.
EFFECT: reduced labor input of testing; improved reliability of working equipment; optimized procedure of operation.
