METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF FEED ADDITIVE FROM BRAN Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture, feed production.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes bran pretreatment with acid fraction of electroactivated water for 1.5-2.0 h in amount of 10-20 l water/1 t raw materials and blending of bran with solution containing caustic soda, lime paste and water in ratio of (mass %): bran 95-96; caustic soda 0.2-0.3; lime paste 0.6-0.8 and balance: water. Mixture is agitated for 20-30 min; conditioned for 24-36 h and mixed with nutrient additive containing glauber salt and tricalcium phosphate in the next ratio (mass %): glauber salt 0.2-0.3; tricalcium phosphate 0.5-0.7 and balance: composition. Then microorganism probiotic culture in concentration of 0.18-0.22 is introduced and mixture is granulated.

EFFECT: mineral salt- and probiotic culture-enriched feed additive with increased digestive properties for animals and poultry due to destruction of cellulose-lignin complex.
