FIELD: device for cleanout of a pipe duct interior and its internal surface.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to device for cleanout of an interior and an inner surface of the pipe ducts used for transportation primarily of gaseous mediums and allows to solve the problem of the complex cleanout realized by a single device, to reduce the operation time with simultaneous improvement of the cleanout quality. The device contains a load-carrying body with a made in it transfer passage, which lies along a direction of the device sliding motion with a lead to the controller of the sliding motion mounted on the control panel of the device. The device also has a mounted on the external perimeter of the load-carrying body detachable articles, at least, two of which are supporting and guiding pieces, at least, one is a tightening piece and one is a stripping piece, one is a brushing piece, one is the main magnet and one is a mechanism of rotation and directing. The supporting and guiding articles, the tightening and stripping pieces and the brushing piece have a circular cross section, and the form of the external perimeter the fundamental magnet is similar to the form of the internal perimeter of the pipe duct with formation of an interval between these perimeters. The tightening and stripping articles and supporting and guiding pieces are made out of a flexible material. The relative positioning of supporting and guiding pieces and the mechanism of rotation and guiding is chosen from requirements to provide stability of the device motion due to at the expense of its balance in respect to its the center of gravity. In a direction from the control panel the articles and pieces are arranged in the following order: the first supporting and guiding article, at least one tightening and stripping article, a brushing piece, the main magnet, the mechanism of rotation and guiding, the second supporting and guiding piece or a set of in series arranged pieces.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the complex cleanout of an interior and an inner surface of pipe ducts used for transportation primarily of gaseous mediums realized by a single device, reduction of duration of the operation, improvement of the cleanout quality.
