SUBSTANCE: hour and minute hands are provided with optical lenses that zoom a part of the scale that underlies the hand. The lenses on the hour and minute hands are positioned at different distances from the clock axis. The lenses can be both round and oval and made of plastic materials whose convex faces the screen. The screen can be provided with torus-like ring passage for movement the concave part of the lens.
