FIELD: agriculture, in particular, equipment for harvesting of nightshade vegetable crops, such as tomato, sweet pepper and eggplants.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has two spaced drums consisting of rolls with lifters disposed at front part of drums, and fruit discharge conveyors disposed at both sides of drums. Troughs are mounted between drum rolls along the entire length thereof, said troughs being oriented with their bottoms toward drum centers. Trough edges are bent to rolls.
EFFECT: reduced damage to fruit during harvesting and prolonged shelf life of vegetables.
