FIELD: materials handling facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device for remote unslinging of load has body in form of shackle, spring-loaded pin arranged inside body for longitudinal displacement, remote control flexible member, pin locking and pin retraction mechanism. Pin retraction mechanism consists of extension spring and rod moving in diametrically opposite longitudinal slots of body on outer ends of which anchoring slots are made at acute angle relative to longitudinal slots. Pin locking mechanism is made in form of triple arm T-shaped lever, and of horizontal arms of which is connected with detachable flexible remote control member, and the other is hinge-connected with throw-over lever-programmer provided with weight on end, and vertical arm engages by its lower end and side projection with cylindrical surfaces of pin. Said pin is located in two horizontal coaxial holes of shackle posts, being fixed by stop rigidly secured in lower part of shackle post. Surface of stop in contact with pin is made in form of triangular prism. Part of pin in contact with said prism is provided with triangular cutout and roller.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and safety of load-gripping devices.
