FIELD: marking agents.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a road marking dye comprising 22-28 mas. p. p. of 48-52% solution of styrene and butyl acrylate copolymer in mixture of toluene and butyl acetate - "Akroplen-2" as acrylic film-forming agent; 36-43 mas. p. p. of fractionated micromarble and 10-14 mas. p. p. of aluminum oxyhydroxide - "Prokal" as a filling agent; 1-3 mas. p. p. of chloroparaffin KHP-470 as a plasticizer; 7-16 mas. p. p. of mixture of toluene and ethyl acetate taken in the ratio = (2.4-1); 7-13 mas. p. p. of titanium dioxide as a pigment. Dye comprises additionally 0.2-0.8 mas. p. of organic derivative of montmorillonite - "Bentone SD-2" as a thickening agent; 0.2-0.5 mas. p. of a mixture of natural phospholipids - "Soya letsitin Nalec 10-F" as a disperser; 0.1-0.3 mas. p. of 20% solution of organic compound in xylene - "M-P-A 2000X" as an anti-sedimentation agent. Dye can comprise additionally up to 5 mas. p. p. of 45-60% solution of linear thermoplastic polyurethane on a base of polytetramethylene glycol and toluylenediisocyanate in butyl acetate - "Plastur" as a modifying additive. The proposed road marking dye shows the impact strength of film 100 cm, film hardness by pendulum device of type M-3 0.75-0.80 conditional units, and whiteness value is 92-94%. Invention is used as material for marking the road with asphalt concrete coating.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of dye.
