FIELD: biotechnology, environmentally friendly biological agents for plant diseaseless management, growth stimulation and yield enhancing.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes cultivation of bacterium strain Pseudomonas putida in liquid broth containing carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus sources and microelements under aeration and agitation. As carbon source hydrol, and as nitrogen source maize starch are used, respectively. Cultivation is carried out at 30°C for 30-36 h. As a result concentrated biopreparation in obtained, which is further used in working solution production. Working solution is used in plant root and foliar application, soul and seeds treatment.

EFFECT: preparation with improved growth-stimulating and antimicrobial activity.
