FIELD: oil production, particularly for cleaning bottomhole productive bed zone of mud, sand, paraffin, tar and other difficult-to-flush deposits.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises body with check valve. The body is connected with perforated liner. The device also has packer and setting tool including hollow shaft closed from bottom end with cap and having radial channels arranged over the cap. The packer is composite and made as movable cylinder, sealing member and bush. Sealing member is arranged on outer bush surface. The sealing member is composed of alternating elastic and rigid rings, which are retained against upward displacement relative the body in any working position. Bush and body are connected by shear members. Lower end of hollow shaft is telescopically installed in the bush. Setting tool is provided with lower body telescopically installed on the shaft and connected with movable cylinder by shear members. Self-packing sleeve with rest is arranged in lower groove of lower body and extends along perimeter thereof. Setting tool is also provided with upper body connected to hollow shaft and flow string of limited volume. Self-packing sleeve expander with longitudinal grooves is rigidly installed on ledge thereof. Flow string is connected to relief valve cylinder through coupler. Relief valve rod has upper and lower ledges and is connected with the cylinder by shear members.

EFFECT: increased operational reliability due to increased air-tightness of packer seating, especially in old wells, and reduced operational costs.
