FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated load grippers designed for use in different industries under harmful operating conditions. Proposed automated grip has housing with vertical slot, spring-loaded pin grip and control members, and released wedge engaging with said members. Pin grip member is made with inclined surface for interacting with load-mounting shackle at gripping, and pin control member is made with inclined surface for interacting with mounting shackle at its gripping and inclined surface for interacting with mounting shackle at its releasing, and release wedge is made with inclined surface and rear edge for interacting with inclined surface of pin grip member and with cutout and rear edge of said cutout for interacting with rear wall of slot of pin control member. Release wedge is provided with hook overlapping vertical slot of housing over pin grip member.
EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities and increased reliability of automated load grippers.
