When messages are received in query blocks, device generates a command for their input into information processing device and also when information reading permission is obtained. Priority of each message in query nodes is determined, and their reading is performed serially, starting with message of the highest priority.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of device due to possible servicing of differently prioritized messages.
