FIELD: telecommunication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: content data stored in memory unit of mobile telecommunication terminal is extracted on the base of thematic image and ring user's installation. To perform selection of content from extracted data, window is allocated to user to determine if the content data selected in selection window have to VOD-content data. If content data has to VOD-content data then decoding is carried out of at least one of video- and audio-data which include VOD-content data. Setting window is provided to determine the fact if thematic data include decoded audio data. Dynamic loudspeaker of mobile telecommunication terminal is controlled for switching on or off on the base of setting made by user in the window for setting thematic data.
EFFECT: provision with specialized wire-free telecommunication services.
