FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, grain combine with rotary threshing and separating unit.

SUBSTANCE: grain combine has rotor mounted for rotation within grid-type casing, cleaning apparatus, and suction fan. Air flow is directed upward through pipeline from space between casing of rotary threshing and separating unit and grain collector around part of casing rear portion of rotary threshing and separating unit to suction fan to thereby enable removal of greater volume of straw dust and chaff. According to another version, grain combine has first place for discharging of straw dust and chaff, disposed rearward of first cleaning unit, and second place for discharging straw dust and chaff. Chaff and straw dust are sucked by fan from zone under threshing and separating unit and blown out onto ground or into grinder disposed at second straw dust and chaff discharging place.

EFFECT: increased cleaning capacity of grain combine owing to furnishing it with suction fan.
