FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles designed for carrying and mechanized loading and unloading of large-size containers. Proposed container carrier has frame 1, cross guides 2 secured in front and rear parts of frame in which carriages are mounted for movement by drive behind the limits of each of frame sides with fitted-on mechanisms for lifting and lowering of containers, and extensible supports including fixed and extensible parts 17, 18. Hinge side 19 is installed on each side of each carriage for turning in cross plane by drive. Additional guide is hinge-mounted from side of each cross guide on vehicle frame for turning in horizontal and vertical planes by drives. Extensible support is mounted on free end of additional guide for turning in vertical plane.
EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities.
