SUBSTANCE: device has two inputs, signals from which are multiplied with appropriate weight coefficients and are sent to adder, total outputted by which is further transformed in activation block by modular activation function, and then by threshold function at the output of neuron.
EFFECT: prevented problem of impossible realization of logical nonequivalence function by known neuron models.
