SUBSTANCE: proposed spinner has hook with head connected by bright member and rotating body. Hook is made wave-like and/or spiral. Rotating body serves as deflecting element of bright member. It is installed on straight line section of rod which serves as axle of rotation of bright member. Axle of rotation is directed between spike of hook and its neck.
EFFECT: increased catch of spinner.
