FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bound part containing rubber member connected to second substrate, e.g., to torsion vibration damper, Bound part containing rubber member and at least one of the first external part and the second external part are obtained in several steps. Elastomer composition with adhesive additive and curing substance are placed into mold to be molded and cured. In the first curing step, composition is held at first temperature, first pressure for a first ageing time sufficient for incomplete curing of composition. Molded and partially cured composition is then brought into contact with at least one of above indicated external parts. In the second step, curing is completed.
EFFECT: reduced laboriousness of process and eliminated step of applying adhesive onto surface of external part.
