FIELD: wind-power engineering; power generation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed wind-power generator that incorporates provision for using both high- and low-speed winds has magnetic-field source, working coil, and magnetic circuits; novelty is that magnetic circuits are made in the form of two symmetrical T-shaped plates disposed in two main parallel planes and in the form of two asymmetrical T-shaped plates, asymmetrical ones being mounted perpendicular to main planes; each vertical post of asymmetrical plate is attached to one of posts of symmetrical plates; magnetic-field source and working coil are installed between these posts.
EFFECT: enhanced performance characteristics of wind-power generator.
