FIELD: oil production equipment and technology, particularly to produce oil having high gas content.
SUBSTANCE: pumping facility comprises flow string with pipe liner. Cylinder comprises main and additional suction valves and piston installed in the cylinder. The piston comprises body and set of alternating sealing pliable and rigid rings installed on the plunger and connected thereto through resiliently pliable bush. The piston also has means to axially tighten above ring set. Ring ends are provided with mating surfaces. Sealing pliable rings have trapezoid cross-sections with wide bases facing outwards. Rigid rings have trapezoid cross-sections with wide bases facing resiliently pliable bush. Sealing pliable rings may be formed of fluorocarbon polymer, spacing rings may be produced of steel, cast iron or bronze. Sealing ring set may be divided into two parts and comprise partition bush arranged between the parts. Inner surface of the partition bush communicates with high-pressure piston chamber through channels. Partition bush is formed of pliable material, for instance of fluorocarbon polymer or is resiliently pliable in axial direction by creating the partition bush as a spring. Piston has valve with shutoff member provided with travel limiter. Insert of polymeric material, for instance of fluorocarbon polymer is installed on the shutoff member.
EFFECT: increased sealing efficiency, as well as piston reliability and manufacturability.
