FIELD: measurement technology; checking motor shaft torque.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has potential transformer and current transformer inserted in motor stator circuit and measuring circuit provided with threshold unit. Introduced in measuring circuit are dc voltage supply, two matching devices, and dc bridge. First and second standard resistors are connected to first and third arms of bridge, respectively, and optocoupler resistors of first and second resistive optocouplers are connected to second and fourth opposing arms of bridge, respectively. Current transformer output is connected through first matching device to photodiode of first resistive optocoupler; potential transformer output is connected through second matching device to photodiode of second resistive optocoupler. Output of dc voltage supply is connected across diagonally opposite terminals of dc bridge whose output diagonally opposite terminals are connected to input of amplifier whose output is connected to input of threshold unit.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability of motor torque measurement, reduced noise immunity of device.
