Abstract RU 2270203 C2

FIELD: chemical technology, catalysts.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalysts used in polymerization of olefins and to their using in gaseous or suspension phase in synthesis of polyolefins. Invention describes a method for polymerization involving combining olefin and hexane-1 or butene-1 with an activating agent, carrier and catalytic compound in gaseous phase at reactor temperature from 60°C to 115°C, or in suspension phase, for example, such as polymerization with product in powder-like form at temperature 85-110°C wherein catalytic compound corresponds to the following formula: wherein M means zirconium or hafnium; X means hydrogen atom, halogen atom or hydrocarbyl; n means degree of oxidation of M; m means formal charge of ligand YZL; Y, Z mean element atom of group 15; L means element atom of group 15 or 16; each among R1 and R2 independently (C1-C20)-alkyl group; R3 means hydrogen atom or absent; each among R4 and R5 means independently aryl group or aryl group substituted with (C1-C20)-alkyl; each among R6 and R7 means hydrogen atom or absent. Reactor provides the yield above 227 kg polymer/h. Also, invention describes a method for a film producing. Metal-containing compound of the formula (I) elicits unexpected capacity for fixing on a carrier, to be activated by activating agent, unexpected resistance against unfavorable effects and catalytic activity in applying on carrier and activating.

EFFECT: improved polymerization method.
