SUBSTANCE: device comprises low-pressure nozzles mounted in the sections which has two or three blades of the stator and low-pressure nozzles mounted in the ring. The platforms of the low-pressure nozzles have at least one passage that receives reducing passage by means of the edge. The reducing passage is supported by the platforms of the low-pressure nozzles. The reducing passage and the ring of the low-pressure nozzles are centered by means of a centering member.
EFFECT: simplified assembling and reduced heat losses.
